Welcome from Drs. Eric & Kristina Lewis, Asheville Naturopathic Doctors
At Lewis Family Natural Health, our goal is to help your body heal from within, integrating the best of western and alternative medicine.
Asheville Naturopathic Doctors
Hello!
Our names are Eric and Kristina Lewis. We are a husband-and-wife team of naturopathic doctors in private practice together in beautiful Asheville, North Carolina.
We met and fell in love during medical school at the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine (now the Sonoran University of Health Sciences) in Tempe, Arizona, and have been an inseparable team ever since.
We founded Lewis Family Natural Health in 2006 to provide naturopathic care to not only the people of Western North Carolina, but also to those in the rest of the country (and world!).
At Lewis Family Natural Health, our goal is to help your body heal from within, integrating the best of western and alternative medicine.
We work as a team with you to reach your health goals, whether it be relief from a specific health concern, supportive therapies that will not conflict with your current medications, or achieving optimal wellness.
We love spending each day helping people achieve their health goals. More than just doctors, we also consider ourselves teachers, as we love to educate and share information to empower our patients to make the right decisions for their health.
Your Resource For Science-Based Natural Medicine
We are a qualified resource for you on natural and alternative medicine.
We didn’t learn our craft from Facebook or YouTube. We are both honors graduates from a four-year, post-graduate professional naturopathic medical school. We are experts in both the science of medicine as well as in the art of holistic healing.
We also don’t practice natural medicine because it’s trendy.
We don’t use natural therapies just because they are natural.
We use them because they work.
Getting results from safe and effective holistic medicine is what we do best.
We also don’t believe that all conventional medicine is “bad” and that all natural medicine is “good.” Both systems provide a lot of value, and it’s the combination of the two that we find provides the greatest benefits to overall health and well-being.
